What are the payment terms?

Payment is split into two instalments: 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, and the remaining 50% balance due one month before the event date.

How many guests can the catamaran hold?

Azul Catamaran has a maximum capacity of 98 guests. For private charters, you have exclusive use of all 3 decks. Shared excursions are also available with per-person pricing.

Where does the catamaran depart from?

All excursions depart from Marina Palma Cuarentena in the Port of Palma de Mallorca. Free parking is available nearby. The meeting point is at Berth 12.

No cancellations or refunds are permitted once a booking is confirmed. All bookings are final. If the captain determines it is not safe to sail due to weather conditions, a free date change will be offered. No refunds for weather; rescheduling only.
